Marble-Based Plasters

MARMOLINE SV 1 HIGH-STRENGTH SPRAYED CEMENT PRIMER PLASTER

• Description:
1st coat of primer plaster for all plastering applications.
Ready industrial mortar based on Portland grey cement, aggregates of selected granulometry from the famous Greek Dionyssos white marble, calcium hydroxide, and special additives to improve adhesion to difficult surfaces. Simply mix with water. It minimizes material preparation time.
• Usages:
Use as first coat (sprayed or spattered) with all plastering techniques and methods, creating the substrate for the application of the remaining coats of plaster. Suitable for both interior and exterior surfaces. Apply on bricks, cement blocks, aerated concrete elements (like YTONG etc.), concrete surfaces (pillars - ceilings - beams, etc.), stone, thermal insulation boards, and other materials. In cases of very difficult surfaces, such as fair-face concrete, it is required to add the MARMOLINE MP 20 acrylic emulsion.

MARMOLINE SV 2 BASE COAT PLASTER

• Description:
Base coat plaster for guides and filling operations.
Ready industrial mortar based on Portland grey cement, aggregates of selected granulometry from the famous Greek Dionyssos white marble, calcium hydroxide, and special additives to improve adhesion to difficult surfaces. Simply mix with water. It minimizes material preparation time.
• Usages:
Use as base coat plaster (roughcast) on exterior and interior surfaces when applying the three coat technique, to smooth out the surface in order to apply the finish coat white plaster (marble based finish coat plaster). Use also to form guides with wet mortar. Apply on bricks, cement blocks, aerated concrete elements, concrete surfaces (pillars - ceilings - bind - beams, etc.), stone, thermal insulation boards and other materials, provided that SV 1 sprayed primer plaster has been previously applied. In special cases, the product can be reinforced by adding the MARMOLINE MP 20 reinforcing acrylic emulsion.

MARMOLINE SV 3 MARBLE-BASED WHITE FINISH-COAT PLASTER

• Description:
Smooth finish.
Ready industrial mortar based on high strength Portland white cement ( - 52,5), fine grained aggregates from the famous Greek Dionyssos white marble, calcium hydroxide and special additives to improve adhesion. Mix only with water. It minimizes material preparation time.
• Usages:
Use when applying the three coat technique, as finish coat marble based plaster on exterior and interior surfaces previously roughcasted with SV 2 base coat plaster. Due to the nature and fine granulometry of Dionyssos marble content (< 1 mm), it gives a white and smooth final surface ready for scrubbing and painting. In special cases, the product can be reinforced by adding the MARMOLINE MP 20 acrylic emulsion.

MARMOLINE FP 140 WATERPROOF FINISH-COAT PLASTER

• Description:
Finish-coat for waterproofing
Ready industrial mortar based on high strength Portland white cement ( - 52,5), fine grained aggregates from the famous Greek Dionyssos white marble, calcium hydroxide and special additives to improve adhesion and achieve waterproofing. Mix only with water. It minimizes material preparation time and increases the speed of application.
• Usages:
Use when applying the three coat technique, as finish coat plaster (marble) on exterior surfaces previously roughcasted with SV 2 base coat plaster. Ideal for protection from humidity (seafront houses, islands, mountainous - partly mountainous areas, etc.). It gives a white and smooth final surface ready for scrubbing and painting, due to the nature and fine granulometry of Dionyssos marble content (< 1 mm). In special cases, the product can be further reinforced by adding the MARMOLINE MP 20 acrylic emulsion.

MARMOLINE SV 60 SINGLE LAYER PLASTER

• Description:
Final surface in one coat.
Ready industrial mortar based on high strength Portland white cement (I - 52,5), aggregates of selected granulometry, calcium hydroxide, and special additives to improve adhesion. Simply mix with water. It minimizes material preparation time and increases the speed of application.
• Usages:
Use as one coat plaster on exterior and interior surfaces after SV 1 high strength sprayed cement primer plaster. It replaces roughcasting and marble based finish coat plaster, combining both in one coat. Apply just like render and scrub like marble based finish coat plaster. Due to the nature and the fine granulometry of the aggregate material (1,2 mm), it gives a smooth final surface ready for scrubbing and painting. Apply either by hand, with a trowel (for handyman work), or with plastering pumps. In special cases, the product can be reinforced by adding the MARMOLINE MP 20 reinforcing acrylic emulsion.

DEC 425 white graphiato decorative plaster

• Description:
DEC 425 white graphiato decorative plaster, is a ready mixed, white, decorative finish coat, cement based plaster. Consist of cement, limestone, marble and chemical additives.
The plaster is available in different grading 2,0mm and 3,5 mm. DEC 425 is a water-repellent plaster with hight resistant in UV and high grab strength on inorganic substrate surfaces.

KNAUF MP 75 L PROJECTION PLASTER

• Description:
Efficient projection plaster for smooth finishing

NHP 260 Gypsum plaster

• Description:
NHP 260 is a ready mix gypsum plaster applied by machine. It consists of gypsum, lightweight fillers, marble and additives. NHP 260 has a very good adhesion to mineral substrates and helps levelling and smoothing the surface at the same time in a one-layer application.

ETICS Plasters

VITEX GRANIKOT ACRYLIC

• Description:
Superior quality acrylic plaster facade, weather-resistant and with exceptional UV radiation properties. It has excellent adhesion, firmness and elasticity. It's used to protect and decorate exterior and interior surfaces (plaster, concrete, facade thermal insulation systems).
Certified with the CE marking according to EN 15824. The acrylic plaster GRANIKOT is part of the External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS) VITEXTHERM, which is certified with the CE marking according to the requirements of ETAG-004. Certificate Number: ETA-15/0148.

• Description:

Used to protect and decorate exterior and interior surfaces (plaster, concrete, facade thermal insulation systems), especially for areas with high humidity and environmental pollution.

Metal Expanded Laths


Catnic metal lath is easy to fix and provides a secure key for many plaster and render applications including joint and crack reinforcement and refurbishment work. Available in Rib form as a plaster backing on ceilings, walls and stud partitions or Diamond form that can be used as part of a fire protection system for structural steel work.

Architrave Beads


Provide a shadow line decorative effect for aesthetic purposes and creates a clean division between varying wall finishes eg. at wall and ceiling abutments or door and window reveals.

Depth Gauge Beads


Provides a quick and accurate means of ensuring consistent, minimum plaster depths as plaster is simply ‘ruled off ’ to leave the required thickness.

Angle Beads


Provides true and straight corners which are resistant to chipping and cracking giving strength and protection against everyday knocks.

Movement Beads


Movement bead allows for movement between adjoining surfaces resulting in differential expansion and expansion within the plaster /rendered area. Allows movement of +/- 3mm. Movement Beads should be installed at no greater than 5m intervals. Movement Beads should not be used over structural movement /control joints.

PVCu Angle Beads


For use on all plastered and rendered corners where a true, sharp corner is required. Its strong rigid arris protects and reinforces plaster where it is most vulnerable.

PVCu Angle Beads


PVCu Beads put a stop to the need for remedial work on internal applications where staining can sometimes be found with the use of galvanised beads as a result of prolonged drying out.
